We set the strategy and carry out the Amazon-side process ourselves, including raising and tracking removal, disposal and liquidation orders in Seller Central. What happens physically to the stock afterwards is handled by Amazon's programmes and by logistics providers, and the decision on which route to take stays with you. SOMİ does not guarantee sales, rankings, account status or outcomes controlled by Amazon or third parties.
What we need from you
- An FBA inventory health or aged inventory report
- Cost price per unit, so we can compare exit routes honestly
- Any constraints on discounting or channel use

- An ASIN-level assessment of what is stuck and why
- A costed comparison of removal, liquidation, donation and clearance routes
- Execution of the Amazon-side process once you choose
