Cataloging & Listing Creation

Direct work on the catalogue itself. Whether you are launching twenty new products or repairing listings that were built badly the first time, we work inside the listing rather than around it.

Included in this service

  • New ASIN and listing creation
  • Product title optimisation
  • Bullet points and product descriptions
  • Backend search terms and keyword fields
  • Product attributes and category-specific fields
  • Variation creation and parent-child structure design
  • Correction of broken or split variation families
  • Cleanup and optimisation of existing catalogue content
  • Flat file preparation and bulk uploads

Service boundaries

Available separately from SOMİ

  • Localised versions for other marketplaces: Translation & Global Selling
  • Main-image editing: Amazon Main Image Editing
  • Secondary images and infographics: supplied by the client or a separate creative provider
  • Daily account monitoring and case follow-up: Account Management

Requires the client or a qualified third party

  • Brand Registry enrolment and trademark filing: the client or IP counsel
  • Product data accuracy, dimensions and safety information: the client
  • Category approval decisions: Amazon

Cataloging is where catalogue structure and listing content are changed. Content accuracy depends on the product data you supply, and category eligibility is determined by Amazon. SOMİ does not guarantee sales, rankings, account status or outcomes controlled by Amazon or third parties.

What we need from you

  • A product list with accurate attributes, dimensions and identifiers (GTIN, EAN or UPC)
  • Brand Registry status and access where variations or A+ are involved
  • Any existing flat files or catalogue exports

What you receive

  • Live or upload-ready listings with completed content and attribute fields
  • A variation map showing parent-child relationships as built
  • A change log of what was edited on existing ASINs
