Seller account access & security

Account access is set up in line with Amazon's current rules for third-party access, with only the permissions required for the agreed work. You can revoke access at any time.

Access is set up in line with Amazon's current rules for third-party access. Your primary password and two-factor codes stay with you.

How access is granted

  1. You grant access from your own accountYou grant access from your own Seller Central account, following Amazon's current process for third-party providers. SOMİ never receives your primary credentials.
  2. Permissions match the agreed scopeSOMİ requests only the permissions needed for the service. SOMİ does not request access to banking, deposit or tax settings, and does not request permission to manage other users.
  3. Work is carried out by named usersAccount activity is carried out through named users assigned to the engagement, rather than through a shared primary login. Amazon may require access to be renewed periodically under its current access rules.
  4. You remain in control of accessYou can review or revoke SOMİ's access in Seller Central at any time. Access is no longer used once the engagement ends.

What we ask for, and what we do not

Access boundaries

We ask for

  • Access set up in line with Amazon's rules for third-party providers, limited to the agreed scope
  • Only the permissions required by the agreed scope
  • A single point of contact who can approve changes
  • Written confirmation before any pricing or promotional change

We never ask for

  • Your primary Seller Central password
  • Two-factor authentication codes or recovery access
  • Banking, deposit or tax settings permissions
  • Permission to add or remove other users

If any provider asks you for your primary password or your two-factor codes, that is a reason to stop, whoever they are.

How we handle your data

Account data we see in the course of the work stays within the engagement. We do not export catalogue, sales or supplier data for any purpose other than the agreed service, and we do not use one client's data to inform work for another.

Reports and files we produce are shared through named accounts rather than public links. Where a third party has to be involved, such as a logistics provider or a certification body, we tell you who they are before anything is shared with them.

Personal data collected through this website is handled as described in our privacy policy and KVKK notice.

Working with our own brands

SOMİ operates its own Amazon brands. We screen prospective engagements for conflicts involving the categories and brands we operate, and we disclose any material overlap before accepting access rather than after.

Where a conflict cannot be managed through restricted staffing and data separation, we decline the engagement. Client information is never used for SOMİ's own brands.

Questions before you grant access

Ask them first. We would rather answer a security question early than have you grant more access than the work needs.
