Terms & conditions

The terms on which this website is provided, and the principles that apply to service engagements with Somi Teknoloji Yatırımları Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi.

Last updated: 29 September 2026

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Somi Teknoloji Yatırımları Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi, registered at Göktürk Merkez Mahallesi, Çeşmebaşı Caddesi No: 31/A, Eyüpsultan, İstanbul, Türkiye, MERSİS number 0773-0628-9960-0001. Full registry details are published on our company information page.

2. Website content

The content of this site is provided for information. Descriptions of Amazon programmes, requirements and policies reflect our understanding at the date shown on each page. Amazon changes its requirements without notice, and nothing here should be relied on as a substitute for Amazon's own current published guidance or for professional advice.

3. Independence from Amazon

SOMİ is an independent third-party service provider. SOMİ is not owned, operated, sponsored or endorsed by Amazon. Amazon and related marks are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. Any contract for services is between you and SOMİ, not between you and Amazon.

4. Scope of services

Each service is described on its own page, including what is included, what is available separately, and what requires you or a qualified third party. Those boundaries form part of how we scope an engagement.

SOMİ does not act as a testing laboratory, a certification or conformity assessment body, a legal adviser, a customs agent, a freight forwarder, a liquidator, or as a manufacturer, importer, appointed representative or EU responsible person.

5. No guarantee of outcome

SOMİ does not guarantee sales, revenue, rankings, listing approval, account reinstatement, certification, badge eligibility or any other outcome that is determined by Amazon, by a regulator or by a third party. We are responsible for carrying out the agreed work with reasonable skill and care.

6. Your responsibilities

7. Account access

We never request your primary Seller Central password or two-factor authentication codes. Account access is set up in line with Amazon's current rules for third-party access, with only the permissions required for the agreed work. You can revoke access at any time. See our account access and security page.

8. Confidentiality and conflicts

Information you share with us in the course of an engagement is treated as confidential and is not disclosed except where you have agreed, or where we are legally required to. SOMİ operates its own Amazon brands and screens engagements for conflicts involving those categories, disclosing any material overlap before access is granted. Client information is never used for SOMİ's own brands.

9. Intellectual property

Content produced for you under an engagement, such as listing copy, images and A+ modules, is yours on payment, subject to any third-party rights in supplied materials. The content, design and code of this website remain ours.

10. Fees and engagement

Fees, deliverables, timescales and notice periods are set out in the service agreement for each engagement. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer capable of acceptance, and no engagement begins until a written agreement is in place.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Turkish law. Subject to that, our liability under an engagement is limited as set out in the applicable service agreement, and we are not liable for losses arising from inaccurate information supplied to us, from decisions Amazon makes about an account or listing, or from acts of third parties you or we have engaged.

12. Complaints

Write to info@somipartner.com. Our complaints handling is described on the company information page.

13. Governing law

These terms and any engagement are governed by Turkish law, and the courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul, Türkiye have jurisdiction, unless a signed service agreement provides otherwise.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to an engagement is the one in force when the service agreement was signed.
