Account Management covers operational continuity and monitoring. Direct editing of listing content, variation structures or backend keywords is carried out under Cataloging, so responsibility for catalogue changes is never ambiguous. SOMİ does not guarantee sales, rankings, account status or outcomes controlled by Amazon or third parties.

What we need from you

  • Account access set up in line with Amazon's current rules for third-party access
  • A named contact who can approve pricing and promotional changes
  • Current priorities and any known open issues

What you receive

  • A monthly operational report covering account health, cases and stock
  • A running case log with Amazon case IDs and status
  • Written recommendations where a decision is yours to make
